RETURNS, EXCHANGES, DAMAGED GOODS & MISSING ITEMS
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We kindly request that you purchase a sample before making a wholesale order, as we do not accept returns for sample or wholesale products. However, in the unfortunate event that you receive damaged or faulty goods, our Quality Assurance team will verify the issue before issuing a refund or store credit. Please note that return shipments without proper authorisation will be refused.
If you encounter any damage or defects with your items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We require individualised photo proof of each damaged item, as well as a photo of all damaged products together, within 72 hours of delivery confirmation. We take these claims seriously and conduct a thorough assessment and investigation. Falsified claims will result in permanent deactivation of your account. Additionally, returns will only be accepted with proper authorization. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days and may take an additional 10 business days for your bank to process.
If you wish to return a product, please ensure that it meets the following criteria:
- It must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
- It must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags must be attached.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
MISSING ITEMS
In the case of missing items, you have 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery to make a claim. We take these claims seriously and conduct thorough investigations, comparing the actual shipment weight to a duplicated order and utilising warehouse photo evidence to ensure the validity of missing claims.

APPROVED CLAIMS
Approved claims are eligible for exchange or store credit. The items must be returned as part of the claim, and the buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
